Salt Bar Hamilton was born from a shared vision between hospitality professionals Wesley Pearson and James Anderson—a vision shaped by more than a combined twenty years of experience across some of Australia’s most respected bars, venues, and events.
Their goal was simple: to create the kind of bar they themselves wanted to spend time in. A place that values quality over complication. A space where every detail feels considered, but nothing feels forced.
Nestled in one of Brisbane’s most elegant inner suburbs, Salt finds its home among the leafy streets and riverside views of Hamilton. With Racecourse Road’s established charm and Portside Wharf’s contemporary energy nearby, the location reflects everything Salt stands for—heritage and innovation, laid-back atmosphere and refined taste.
